The Nebraska Client Assistance Program (CAP) is a free service that assists individuals with questions or concerns about securing services from Vocational Rehabilitation, Nebraska Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired, or the Centers for Independent Living.
The Hotline for Disability Services is an information and referral resource for Nebraskans with disabilities. Hotline Specialists assist in identifying programs and services available to persons with disabilities and how to contact agencies that can meet their needs. Families of persons with disabilities also may use the Hotline.
A superbly comprehensive and reliable web site operated by Post-Polio Health International, an organization dedicated to post-polio education, advocacy, research, and networking. PHI is located in St. Louis and was known to polio survivors for years as GINI.
